Phillip Greenberg

Corcoran Consulting and Coaching

Phillip is Coach/Consultant for Corcoran Consulting and Coaching.  He is in his 6th year as a member of the Board of Directors for AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America) Orange County Chapter, an organization dedicated to meeting the needs of affordable and sustainable housing for the Asian and Pacific Islander community.  He is a frequent speaker at real estate events nationwide for AREAA, NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), WinDS (Women in Default Services),  various Realtor Associations and in college level real estate courses.  Prior to joining Corcoran, Phillip was the Director of Operations and External Marketing for SkyhillREO, an asset management company specializing in selling bank owned real estate assets.

Phillip, a licensed California Real Estate Broker, has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry and was broker/owner of Corona del Mar Properties in Newport Beach, CA for over ten years.  He has held the position of VP/Assistant Controller & Treasurer, and Investor Reporting Manager for Shearson Lehman Mortgage and was AVP of Investor Accounting for Countrywide.  He was also the CFO for a division of Airborne Express.

While running his real estate business, Phillip was also Regional Commissioner for AYSO (youth soccer), where he ran a region with 2,500 players and 1,500 volunteers for 5 years, the highlight of which was the formation of a soccer program for special needs children and the creation of a multi-regional tournament.  He has an MBA in Finance from The American University in Washington, DC and a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA in History and Economics.
