Linda has lived and worked in Las Vegas since 1986. In addition to working with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Nevada Properties, she owns her own consulting company, providing coaching, consulting, education and expert witness work in the residential sales and management areas. She is past president of both The Greater Las Vegas Association Of REALTORS® (GLVAR) as well as The Nevada Association Of REALTORS®(NVAR); as well as a past Regional Vice President for NAR Region XI (this covers Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Wyoming and Utah). She currently serves as a Liaison to Committees for NAR, under the REALTOR® Party Community Engagement area. These NAR committees include Diversity, Housing Opportunities, Smart Growth, State And Local Issues Policy as well as the Multicultural Real Estate Leadership Advisory Group.
Her educational background includes a BS in Business Administration from West Virginia University, and an MBA from UNLV. She holds her ABR, CRS, PMN and SRES designations. She holds her Property Management Permit in addition to a Supervisor Community Association Management certificate.
She is currently serving as a member of many committees and work groups on a local, state, regional and national basis. She has been honored as the 2007 GLVAR and 2010 NVAR REALTOR® Of The Year, and GLVAR Hall Of Fame Member; as well as National Association Of REALTORS® Hall Of Fame member.
Outside of our organization, Linda is a mentor with the Academy Of Finance for Clark High School, and was honored in 2015 as the Business Mentor Of The Year, She is the Immediate Past President of the Lee Business School Alumni Chapter for UNLV, and is a past president of the Board Of Directors for the Nevada Homeless Alliance, currently serving on both of these boards.
