Since 2005, I’ve had experience as a renter, a first time home buyer, a landlord, and a property manager in the Washington DC Metro area. I know how it feels to move to a new place, the exciting yet frightening feeling of owning your own home for the first time; the frustrated experience as a renter when landlord refuses to correct mold issues or fix an overflow toilet; and hassle of being a landlord having to put in every light bulb or tighten a screw for clueless tenants.

Instead of focusing my business toward “million dollar listings”, my business plan is more client focused—having happy and loyal customers that brings me more business—more happy customers that drives my motivation and sales.  I always tell my clients “It is important to find the right real estate agent that is compatible with you and I can get the job done, quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I will do all the background research to locate the best options for you, while you focus on what needs to get done: getting ready for your new home!” I learn quickly, that compatibility is a two-way street; if there’s a client that I don’t feel comfortable to work with, there are always ways to refer out and still have cash flow coming in.

A 5-star review and testimonial is better than $500 spent on advertising. Although spending money on advertising is necessary, even a Zillow sales rep will tell you your advertising is useless if you have 0 review and 0 sales. That is why I always ask my clients for reviews, and always keep up with my past sales and past clients. I make sure that each client will bring in 2 more of their friends and referrals, and I makes sure every sales I made, will eventually turn into a listing when they sell.

With my assertive marketing strategies, and Century 21’s Global marketing platform, marketing tools, and CRM resources, I can efficiently identify clients needs in home search, get their house sold quickly at the right price, while keeping them in touch when they aren’t even in the market to buy or sell!
