Ann Sugai Inouye is a Senior Lending Manager responsible for mortgage sales originations for the greater Los Angeles area. Her responsibilities include all aspects of retail mortgage originations including management, production, recruiting, and aligning mortgage and banking priorities.
Ann’s extensive 21 year career with Chase has allowed her to build strong relationships, display her leadership abilities, adapt quickly to change, work in a fast paced environment, and excel in her objectives and goals. Her leadership and energy have driven the successful completion of many projects, and she is well respected throughout the banking and mortgage community.
Ann began her banking career at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1991 as an Assistant Loan Officer developing a broad understanding of credit and loan products. From 1993 to 2000, she served in the capacity as a Loan Officer where she was consistently a top producer, making Chase’s Leaders Club each year from 1997 to 2000. During that time she created an attorney program for the California Bar Association that developed into a large referral source for the greater Los Angeles area offices. In 2001, Ann was promoted to Lending Manager of the Downtown Los Angeles office responsible for production, profitability, compliance, and recruitment and management of loan officers and processors. Her office consistently ranked in the top two for both production and profitability in Southern California. Seeking ways to increase production, Ann helped develop a new construction builder platform designed to close large builder condo projects in the Los Angeles area.
Ann currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two children. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Mount St. Mary’s College, Los Angeles.
