Angie Lee is the CEO and co-founder of POD Real Estate, a boutique real estate agency based in Manhattan and Westfield, NJ with a focus in delivering solutions to the next generation of buyers and sellers. She is also the 2017 National President of Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) as its first Millennial leading the interests of 15,000 members across 36 chapters in North America.
Angie has achieved phenomenal success in the New York banking and real estate scenes. She successfully introduced First Choice Bank, MCS, and PrimeLending brands to a new market in Manhattan. PrimeLending, a PlainsCapital Company is a subsidiary of Hilltop Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HTH), closing a total mortgage volume of $10B annually, and Angie drove the PrimeLending Manhattan branch to consistently rank as the top revenue-generating branch in the Northeast Region. Angie has worked as a Retail Branch Manager for PrimeLending, as Senior Vice President for MCS, and as a Regional Vice President for First Choice Bank, where she effectively managed all aspects of operational and regulatory compliance, and consistently exceeded all mortgage origination, revenue, and profitability goals by managing a pipeline of $400mm+ production volume. In addition, Angie has successfully overseen many large marketing initiatives for growing organizations, and understands the creative overlap in art and business. She is an accomplished management professional with 13 years experience in banking and real estate consistently ensuring the long-term viability of the organization she serves. As a recipient of the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business award, considers herself a forever student, constantly learning, experiencing and expanding. As such, she has produced healthy, enduring results for high echelon clients including financial institutions, non-profits and corporate executives.
